Apply For Financial Assistance

Assistance is restricted to Maricopa County, Arizona Residents Only.

Once we receive your application, a case manager will contact you to arrange for a home visit. During the visit the case manager will assess your situation and collect any required documents.

After the home visit, your case  will be presented to the Financial Assistance Committee for review. The Committee will make the final decision to accept or deny your application. Please allow 7 – 10 days for this process.

We are unable to provide financial assistance for legal services or medical bills.
