Ramadan and Eid Projects

During the holy month of Ramadan and for the Eid celebration, we are committed to providing food and gifts to new refugee families. We believe that everyone deserves to feel welcomed and supported during this special time. Join us in spreading kindness and compassion to those who need it the most.

 

The Prophet (PBUH) has said, "The best charity is that which is given in Ramadan." (Tirmidhi)

Adopt-A-Moon and Adopt-A-Family are annual projects that AMWA has organized for many years to provide food supplies and Eid gifts to newly arrived refugee families, making these occasions special for them.

​

In 2026, AMWA served 206 refugee families (~1000 individuals).
